New listing inventory continues to fill in and sold listings have picked up, but at a lagging rate. The market overall is becoming much more saturated, but each price point is seeing the affects differently, depending on supply and demand. Last month's stats show prices staying strong for now, but I believe they might flatten out a bit until rates change. We could also start seeing longer days on market than we have become accustomed to over previous years. Overall, it will continue to get more difficult to pull off a quick and easy sale as a Seller until the buyer demand fills back in. This is not to say that it's a bad time to be a Seller though! We are still seeing a very favorable market for selling, but we are starting to decelerate towards what a regular market feels like ;)  - Greg
