Right now we are seeing a slow down in home sales, which could be in part due to the Holidays and weather. Take a look at the updated Beacon Reports below to see how your market is doing. In 2024 we had a robust market from mid Winter into Spring, but since then the market has been consistently normalizing and flattening out. Looking back on this previous month, the average home prices have not moved much in Bend and Redmond and although it may seem like they have in Sister, LaPine, ect, those auxiliary markets all have more variable data, having less homes and large differences in price points. Homes in the mid price points here in Bend (6-700k) are starting to move again, while homes in the 1-2M range have dropped off this past month by 50% which means that buyers in the higher price points may have put their search on hold until the warmer months.
