Buyer interest has continued to rebound a bit, even though interest rates took another slight bump up over the last week. Leverage for Buyers in purchasing negotiations has become much better over the last few months. Price, terms and concessions all seem to be favoring those Buyers that are willing to step up in this market after the huge shift in supply/demand. It's important that those on the fence consider that interest rates may continue to rise... Sellers are still set to do well in this market as well, but they need to make sure that their expectations are realistic and not based on the booming market we phased out of in early Spring. Homes that are priced and marketed well are still selling quickly and for market value. Overall the market continues to balance out and each sale needs to be a win-win for something to come together. (as it should be;)
