Bend offers residents cash for tearing out their lawns in order to conserve water usage 🌱
As expected, listing inventory in Bend is filling in quickly as we move deeper into the spring market. With more homes coming online, sellers are facing increased competition, making it more important than ever to price and market strategically. Simply being listed isn’t enough—you want your home to be the one that stands out and captures buyer interest right away. On the flip side, buyers now have more options and room to negotiate, which can work in their favor. While interest rates are still posing a challenge, I continue to see motivated buyers making it happen. Some are tired of sitting on the sidelines, others recognize the long-term opportunity of buying now, and many are coming in with enough cash to be less affected by today’s rate environment. The market may be shifting, but with the right approach, both buyers and sellers can find success. Ask me how! - Greg
