The Bend market is shifting, and I’m starting to see listing inventory fill in—which means more competition for sellers this year. Homes are still selling, but it’s more important than ever to really understand the market and position your home the right way. With some buyers holding back due to economic uncertainty and tariff talks, activity has felt a little sluggish compared to the past few springs.
