I've noticed a few more buyers jumping back into the market this past week. With mortgage rates staying stagnant and some Sellers being open to negotiation, right now proves to be a pretty good time to consider getting a foothold in Bend as a break in buyer. Seller credits are commonly negotiated right now for buyers to use towards closing costs or buy down their rate for a cheaper monthly payment. There is also so much inventory, compared to what we've seen the last few years. On the flip side, Sellers need to be strategic about their pricing and make sure that they stay competitive in this market, if they don't want to sit and lose money over time.
