I've noticed a few more buyers jumping back into the market this past week. With mortgage rates staying stagnant and some Sellers being open to negotiation, right now proves to be a pretty good time to consider getting a foothold in Bend as a break in buyer. Seller credits are commonly negotiated right now for buyers to use towards closing costs or buy down their rate for a cheaper monthly payment. There is also so much inventory, compared to what we've seen the last few years.
